University Ombudsman or University Ombuds is a neutral third-party facilitator who provides confidential and impartial assistance in resolving disputes, grievances, and complaints. The University Ombudsman works diligently in an advisory role to resolve disputes and complaints between businesses, individuals, and stakeholders. A stakeholder is any individual or organization that is affected by the dispute / complaint situation and has either a direct or indirect interest in the outcome of the University dispute / University complaints.

The Ombudsman investigates University complaints, details findings, and seeks resolution of fair settlements between individuals, group of individuals, businesses and/or organizations.
